Villa Tom stands on top of the hill overlooking Porto Rotondo and enjoys wonderful, sweeping views of the Gulf of Cugnana up to Cala di Volpe, including Le Camere and Mortorio islands, despite being very close to the town centre (only a 5-minute walk away). This prestigious, historic villa is located in a panoramic position, close to the centre of Porto Rotondo and features large rooms that provide total comfort, great privacy and unparalleled views.

The property consists of a central unit and two annexes. The main body of the villa comprises a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the Gulf of Porto Rotondo with views on two sides, large sofas, satellite TV, Hi-Fi with CD player, DVD player, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and a beautiful patio sheltered from the wind that has a 4-metre long table that can comfortably seat 14 people. The gorgeous window makes it possible to enjoy sweeping views across the sea. The dining room has a glass table for 6 people and it offers a view of the port, the garden and the pools, and the very large kitchen with table for 8 people looks out over the sea.

The sleeping area of the main building of the Villa consists of 4 bedrooms – 3 doubles and 1 with a single bed. Every room has its own private bathroom, TV, minibar, air-conditioning, safe and private direct access to terraces.

The main building also has another guest bathroom, two garages, laundry, vacuum, iron and ironing board.

The first annex – Castellino – consists of a double bedroom with sea view and private bathroom with shower. The second annex – Nuragus – has a double bedroom with bathroom and is completely independent, sitting on the highest granite rock of the property, from where you can enjoy extraordinary views of your surroundings.

The garden is at your complete disposal and is the perfect complement to the house, set on gentle rocky inclines that slope down to the pools adorned with rock formations that have been transformed by the natural elements into modern sculptures.

The property has two swimming pools that are perfectly integrated into the granite rock landscape. One is larger and deeper, and the smaller one is shallow and ideal for children. The pools are equipped with remote controlled colored lights, counter-current swimming, neck massage jets and waterfall, air-massage area (geyser), comfortable stone stairs, and an octagon-shaped jacuzzi with seating for 14 people, with different types of jet.

The completely fenced garden is laid out on various natural levels and it features a number of typical Mediterranean plants and rocks in very strange, surreal shapes.

The caretaker/maintainer speaks English and lives on the property in an outbuilding set apart from the main house. He is always available to help you with any issues you may have.

BOOKING RULES

In order to book the property, we require the security deposit that needs to be wired with the balance of the rental, and the balance is due 40 days before arrival. Details about the guests (lead passenger email-address, names and composition of the group, even if provisional) are necessary to confirm a booking.

Our villas are normally rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year, however this can vary.

Please inquire with us to find out more about rental periods for specific properties. If you’re interested in shorter stays or alternative arrival days outside the high season, let us know and we’ll try to match your requirements.

Standard Check-in Time after 4:00 p.m.

Standard Check-out by 10:00 a.m. on departure day unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations by the Client must be in writing from the person who made the booking, either by special delivery, email or facsimile. Cancellation applies only from the date of receipt by the Company of the cancellation notification.

If the cancellation notification is received 60 days before check-in, travelers will receive a 100% refund of the amount they have already paid.
If the cancellation notification is received between 60 and 30 days before check-in, travelers will receive a 50% refund.
If the cancellation notification is received after 30 days before check-in, travelers will receive a 0% refund.

Any bank fees are non-refundable and they are always charged to the Guest.

The above cancellation charges represent a reasonable estimate by the Company of the likely losses resulting from your cancellation.

Cancellation charges also apply to partial cancellations (e.g. where a Client books for two weeks but amends to one week. In this case, cancellation charges would apply to the second cancelled week). In the event of a cancellation charge arising under this clause the amount due must be paid by the Client to the Company within 7 days of the charge arising, notwithstanding the fact that the Client’s holiday insurance policy may cover the cancellation charge. It is the Client’s responsibility to claim any insurance monies due as the Company cannot claim on behalf of the Client.

In the event the final destination becomes unreachable due to the evolution of the COVID 19 pandemic, then we will proceed with the full refund of the amounts already paid.

Changes requested by the Client from the rental date or during the staying are deemed equivalent to cancelation and therefore involve the payment of the total price, as specified before.
